Delivery / Shipping

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 15 working days of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and you will have the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.

We use GoSweetSpot for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping is calculated on the checkout page.

eBlinds offers free delivery to urban addresses.

There are surcharges for Rural Delivery. Consider delivery to a work address for speed & convenience. We do not deliver to overseas addresses or PO Boxes.

All deliveries will not require a signature unless specifically stated by you.
Open your package immediately even if you don’t plan to install your blinds right away, to ensure your blinds were not damaged in transit.

If you receive a product that is damaged please notify eBlinds Ltd by email attaching a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
