Smart Phone Hub

NOTE: When operating blinds remotely, depending on signal strength, you may experience a lag between making your selection and the blind responding.

  1. Search ‘Connector+’ app from the App Store OR Google play, Download and install.
  2. OPEN the app to Sign up – it requires you to enter a valid email address and create a password (or Sign In)
  3. OK to “Connector” Would Like to Use Bluetooth
  4. OK to “Connector” Would Like to find and connect to devices on your local network
  5. Skip ‘Add New Room’

NOTE: When setting up in the App, tap ‘Done’(top-right) to save each time you make a change.

  1. Tap Top-Left to see the drop-down Menu or Tap Top-Right +
  2. Select the ‘Add New Device’ option
  3. Under ‘Bridge’, select first image
  4. Enter Wi-Fi password, Tap ‘Connect’
  5. Push and holding ‘Setting’ button 2 Seconds in the middle of the Hub until the Purple light flashes, Tap ’Next’
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the Hub to your Wi-Fi network
  7. The Hub's flashing light will change from Red, Yellow, Purple to Constant Blue - Bridge connected
  8. Tap ‘Next’ to name the Hub, ‘Done’ to save and ‘Yes’ to update (Green flashing).
  1. Follow the screen instructions, OR Tap Top-Left to see the drop-down Menu
  2. Select ‘Room’ then ‘Add New Room’.
  3. Select ‘Name’, Enter the room name, Tap top-right ‘Done’ to save
  4. Select ‘Picture’, ‘Take a picture’.
  5. After adding the name and picture, Tap ‘Done’ to save
  1. Select Room name, Tap the Top-Right ‘+’, OR use the drop-down Menu, Select ‘Device’ then in the Device list at the bottom, click ‘Add New Device’
  2. Select ‘Radio Motor’ and ‘Roller Blinds’ as device type, and then click ‘Add New Device’
  3. Select your Hub, Tap ‘Next', Select ‘By Remote’
  4. Push the REMOTE P2 button TWICE, the moto will jog twice
  5. Tap the ‘Next’, the motor will jog 3 times to be paired to the Hub
  6. Tap the ‘Next’ to Enter blind name, ‘Done’ to save
  7. Select ‘Picture’, ‘Take a picture’, ’Done’ to save
  8. Select ‘Room’ to assign this blind, ’Done’ to save
  1. Select the ‘Scene’ option from the top bar, OR on the drop-down menu
  2. Tap ‘Add New Scene’
  3. Select ‘Name’, Enter the scene name, ’Done’ to save
  4. Select ‘Picture’, ‘Take a picture’, ’Done’ to save
  5. After adding the name and picture, Tap ’Done’ to save
  6. Tap ‘Add New Device’
  7. Select one or more blinds and drag the percentage line to set from 0 (open) to 100%(close), Tap ’Done’ to save the blinds
  8. Tap the Top-Right ’Done’ to save the Scene
  9. Tap ‘Start’ to operate the blinds, or create timer
  1. Select the ‘Timer” option from the top bar, OR on the drop-down menu
  2. Tap the ‘Add New Timer’
  3. Select the ‘Device Timer’ or ‘Scene Timer’
  4. Select the preferred Blind or Scene,
  5. Drag the percentage line to set from 0 (open) to 100%(close), this option is for one blind, not scene setting
  6. Select the Day and set the Time
  7. Tap the Top-Right ’Done’ to save
  1. Select the ‘More IoT Settings” on the drop-down menu
  2. Eg: Tap the ‘Add to Siri’
  3. Select the preferred ‘Scene’,
  4. Tap the following ‘Next’, ‘Done‘ to be added.
  5. Start Siri, say the Scene name to operate
  1. On the home screen, select the Room and Blind. Here you can drag the percentage line to operate the blind up or down
  2. On the home screen, Select the preferred 'Scene', Tap the 'Start'
  3. Voice: ‘Hi Siri, Scene name’ to operate the scene
  1. On the drop-down Menu, Select ‘Location’, ‘Room’ or ‘Device’ then in the list shown, select the location to rename/delete the Hub, select the ‘Room/Device’ to rename/delete
  2. Click the symbol , to select the red ‘Delete’ in the screen bottom and confirm ‘Delete’
  • Use a small pin to push the reset button for 10 seconds, until the red light flashes quickly 5 times and then the purple light flashes for 30 seconds before changing to flashing red.
  1. Charge the motor
    All battery motors are tested and fully charged at the factory. Please charge the motor for 6 hours, using the recommended AC charger when needed.
  2. Wake up
    Put the Battery switchON (located on the motor head)
  3. Find the P1 & P2 Button:
    ① P1 is on the motor head
    ② HAND remote’s P2 is under the battery cover
    ③ WALL remote’s P2 is on the back
  4. Activate the remote:
    Remove the plastic under the remote battery (as sent from factory).
  5. Set the channels to be used on the 15CH Remote:
    ① Press and hold the + & - for 5 seconds, you will see 15, and then
    ② Press + or – to select the total channels you would like to use, then
    ③ Press Stop to confirm.
  1. Wake up OR Reset the motor (to factory default):
    1. Put the Battery switch ON (located on the motor head)
    2. Press and hold the motor head P1 button for approx. 14 seconds, until there are 4 jogs, and 4 short beeps
  2. Pair the Remote to the blind's motor (select the desired channel, or single remote):
    1. Press and hold the motor head P1 for 2 seconds, until the motor activates 1 jog and 1 long beep,
    2. Press and hold the remote STOP button for 2 seconds (within 10 seconds), until the motor activates 2 jogs and 3 short beeps,
    3. The motor and remote are now paired.
  3. Check the direction If it is correct, Go to STEP 4. If NOT, Change the direction as below,
    1. Press the remote Up for 1 second,
    2. Press and hold the remote Up & Down for 2 seconds,
    3. After 1 jog, the motor’s directions are now changed.

    OR

    1. Press and hold the motor head P1 for 10 seconds,
    2. Until motor activates 3 jogs Release P1, and then should be 3 short beeps,
    3. The motor’s directions are now changed.

    Check the direction to confirm it has changed.

  4. Set the Limits

    Top limit:

    1. Move the blind to the desired upper limit (approximately 100mm from the top),
    2. Press and hold the remote Up & Stop buttons for approx. 5 seconds, until the motor activates 2 jogs, 3 short beeps,
    3. The top limit is now set.

    Bottom limit:

    1. Move the blind to the desired lower limit (approximately 100mm from the bottom),
    2. Press and hold the Down & Stop buttons approx. 5 secs, until the motor activates 2 jogs, 3 short beeps,
    3. The bottom limit is now set.
  5. Set (or delete) the Favourite Position:
    1. Move the blind to the desired position,
    2. Press remote P2 for 1 second, the motor activates 1 jog and 1 short beep,
    3. Press remote STOP for 1 second, the motor activates 1 jog and 1 short beep,
    4. Press remote STOP for 1 second, until the motor activates 2 jogs and 3 short beeps, the favourite position is set.

    Press the remote STOP for 3 Seconds, the blind will move to the favourite position.
    Repeat steps 2), 3) and 4) above and the motor will activate 1 jog and 1 short beep to delete the favourite position.

  6. Pair New Channels, Remotes or Create a Group Channel (one motor can store a maximum of 20 channels):
    1. Press P2 on EXISTING remote for 1 second, and the motor will activate 1 jog and 1 short beep,
    2. Press P2 on EXISTING remote for 1 second again and the motor will activate 1 jog and 1 short beep again,
    3. Press STOP (OR P2) 2 seconds on a NEW channel, GROUP channel, or NEW remote,
    4. Motor will activate 2 jogs, 3 short beeps,
    5. Limits are now copied.

15 channel remote, select channel "0".

Adjusting the limits once Set.

Top limit Adjusting:

  1. Move the blind to the Top limit,
  2. Press and hold the remote Up & Stop buttons approx. 5 seconds, until the motor activates 1 jog and 1 long beep,
  3. Adjust the limit,
  4. Press and hold the remote Up & Stop buttons approx. 5 seconds, until the motor activates 2 jogs, 3 short beeps,
  5. The setting is confirmed.

Bottom limit Adjusting:

  1. Move the blind to the bottom limit,
  2. Press and hold the remote Down & Stop buttons approx. 5 seconds, until the motor activates 1 jog, 1 long beep,
  3. Adjust the limit,
  4. Press and hold the Down & Stop buttons approx. 5 seconds, until the motor activates 2 jogs, 3 short beeps,
  5. The setting is confirmed.

Press and Hold the STOP button over 20 seconds, until the letter “L” or “U” is displayed on the screen.

* A jog is when the blind moves in a small up and down movement.

* Battery Motor Only work with the NEW Model Remote (Factory default is bidirectional Mode 2).
