Where you have a made a measuring error:

- Blinds that are too big can be cut down ($55 plus our freight)
- Blinds that are too small can be re-sized for another window ($55 plus our freight)
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, as well as the freight cost from factory.
- You cannot return the blinds if you are not happy with your fabric choice. We recommend you order free samples to check the exact colour.
- If we have made any manufacturing errors we will resolve the problem, without question, at no additional cost to you.
